Re-Cap- Greater Echo Lake Area & Comparing Stone Circles
A re-cap of some stone-works in the "Greater Echo Lake" area (Milford, Hopkinton, Holliston, in this case). I am also comparing small ceremonial stone circles that seem to be an important feature at some of these sites. As far as I know nobody has payed any attention to the significance of these ceremonial stone circles in context to the other stone-works.

Incorporated into the Serpent/ Bird effigy site is this small stone circle a few yards away from the effigy. This looks identical to the stone circle found at the foot of the Echo Lake Stone Lodge/ Chamber, also in this same general area:
Another nearby stone circle. I cleared some of the top leaf litter around it:
Bird effigy stone mound:
Nice example of a cairn in this area:
The Echo Lake Stone Lodge/ Chamber (see previous posts. Scroll down the screen and click "Older Posts" for more info on this structure):
The ceremonial stone circle at the foot of the Echo Lake Stone Lodge/ Chamber:
Nearby to the Echo Lake area, in a construction zone in Holliston another similar stone circle I have noticed:
Reptillian effigy worked out into this boulder:
All of these works have been shared on this blog before. I encourage everyone visiting my blog to look at all entries- this blog has been up since September 2014.
