Unique Cairn in Massachusetts Has Michigan Twin

Here is the unique cairn from Massachusetts:


This cairn is hollow in the middle:


To give this a bit more context, the unique cairn is located in the vicinity of this stone deity (as well as other cairns):


Ok, and here is a similar cairn (photo on the left) from Michigan State, compared to the first 2 pics from Massachusetts.  It is the same style and design elements, although I can't tell about the height from the photograph.  The article compares it to this larger cairn at the bottom of a lake in Wisconsin:
